Eviation Alice Electric Aircraft

Just fives years after announcing its plans for an all-electric passenger aircraft, Eviation's Alice is ready for take-off. The company has been conducting a series of tests at the Arlington Municipal Airport and predicts the plane will be ready for its first official flight in a matter of weeks. Available in three models — executive, commuter, and cargo — the battery-powered aircraft is built to hold up to 9 passengers and boasts a max cruise speed of 250 knots with a range of 440 nautical miles. With a successful launch, Eviation hopes to expand to 40-passenger planes within the next 10 years.
