James Bond's Omega Seamaster Watch

Sure, it isn't as extravagant as buying 007's car, but if you're a little short on room in your garage (or wallet) for the DB10, James Bond's Omega Seamster Watch is a nice alternative. Like the consumer model, it's based on a 1950's-era Seamaster 300, with an anti-magnetic Omega Caliber 8400 movement, a lollipop seconds hand, indices that run from 0 to 11, and a black and gray NATO strap. Unlike the consumer model, this one was actually worn by Daniel Craig during the filming of Spectre, and is thus not only a great timepiece, but a piece of cinema history.

  • Ventus Black Kite Watch

If you wear a watch everyday, you know how important it is for that timepiece to be tough. The Black Kite from Ventus is tough, using carbon fiber and crystal made from sapphire, the most scratch resistant material around. The carbon fiber is layered to give it a unique appearance, and also makes it lighter and stronger than most watches on the market. Under the hood, it's powered by the reliable automatic movement of the Seiko NH35. It also charges with a quick shake, never needing a battery replacement. Taking inspiration from World War II pilot watches and adding in some of the best modern materials available, Ventus have created another watch that's certain to intrigue fans of unique, high quality timepieces.

  • Casio Outdoor Smartwatch

To this point, smartwatches have been relatively delicate affairs, good for wearing around town or to the gym, but less than likely to survive a trip into the wilderness. The Casio Outdoor Smartwatch was built with the latter in mind. Powered by Android Wear, it has a rugged body that's tested to United States military standard MIL-STD-810 for shock and vibration, and is also water resistant to 50 meters. Its Casio-designed apps for trekking, cycling, fishing, and activity monitoring take advantage of the air pressure, accelerometer, gyrometer, and compass sensors, and should you find your battery running down, the dual-layer display lets you switch from the full-featured color LCD to a watch-only monochrome display that will keep you running for up to a month.
