Bamford Neprosolar Watch
In the 1970s, Nepro was responsible for several horological innovations, including the world's smallest alarm clock (at the time), as well as a solid-state quartz electronic watch powered by solar cells. Combining the latter with a long-forgotten concept, Bamford is bringing the brand back with the Neprosolar. It has a solar-powered quartz movement running a blue OLED screen showing the time, date, or power reserve, set inside a bold, angular 36.2mm black PVD steel case. A black PVD stainless steel multi-link bracelet completes the retro look, and the watch arrives in a stainless steel cylinder that releases from the top like a vintage top-secret movie prop.
