Beverly Hills Mountaintop
Overlooking all of Southern California, the Beverly Hills Mountaintop is aiming to set real estate history. Not because of its 157-acre size or that it's the highest point in 90210, but because of the price tag that comes along with it. The undeveloped parcel's billion dollar asking price makes it the most expensive listing in Los Angeles history. But with views spanning across downtown LA and all the way to Malibu on one side and glimpses of the San Gabriel Mountains on the other, it'll be worth every single one of those 100,000,000,000 pennies.
