Borgo Santandrea Hotel
Nestled into a cliffside on the Amalfi Coast, the Borgo Santandrea Hotel celebrates the area's historic heritage. The property was first built in the 1960s and is situated above the relics of a medieval stone defensive. Both the hotel and the ancient fortifications have been restored to integrate the two structures, merging the city's past and present. In the main building, the original mid-century aesthetic has been preserved and now offers 30 guest rooms and 19 suites, which include private terraces with private pools overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. A pool and terrace have been built into the existing ramparts, while a private white pebble beach sits below with a restaurant and private jetty. Also on site is a collection of restaurants serving local fare and a wine cellar where guests can sample bottles curated by the sommelier.
