Buffalo Trace Paris 2024 Pop-Up
It's no secret that demand for American whiskey is surging across Europe — especially in Paris. Now, in conjunction with the 2024 Paris Olympics, Buffalo Trace, the distillery at the forefront of the uptick in American whiskey consumption abroad, is opening a temporary retail store located at 36 Rue Etienne Marcel in Paris' trendy 2nd arrondissement. Inside, you'll find bottles from Eagle Rare, Sazerac Rye, Weller, and Buffalo Trace, of course. But there will also be an adjacent pop-up bar lounge called 12-Gold, which is a Weller-themed speakeasy available only to those invited. Getting invited, however, isn't an impossible task: Follow Buffalo Trace's UK account on Instagram, like the invite photo, and pray you get DMed. If you do, you'll get to visit the exclusive room and sip from the yet-to-be-announced bar menu, which will definitely include the all-new Weller Millennium, a rare blend featuring a few of the brand's oldest whiskies currently retailed at $10,000.
