Can-Am Canyon Redrock 3-Wheeler
The icon of '80s danger — the off-road three-wheeler — is back, albeit in a much safer form. Can-Am's Canyon is a reverse trike based on the company's Ryker and Spyder models. A new look is combined with increased suspension travel and ground clearance. Power comes from a Rotax 1330 ACE engine, a liquid-cooled, fuel-injected 1,330cc inline triple making 115 horsepower and 96 lb-ft of torque. A semi-automatic six-speed transmission with reverse drives the rear wheel via a composite belt. The range-topping Canyon Redrock uses SACHS Big-Bore shocks at the front and rear, giving it over 10 inches of travel at the front and nine at the rear. Brembo calipers provide stopping power at all three corners. The Canyon can be optioned out with hard cases and storage solutions galore, making it suitable for nearly any off-road application. The Canyon lineup is available now.
