Candela C-8 Polestar Edition Hydrofoil

Electric boat maker Candela and Polestar have announced the next model to come out of the partnership between the two companies — the C-8 Polestar Edition. The C-8 uses Polestar's battery and charging tech, along with its Scandinavian styling sensibilities. A solid, neutral-grey exterior with black below the waterline is accented by Swedish gold hydrofoils, visible when the C-8 lifts out of the water. A 69kWh battery provides up to 57 nautical miles of range with a top speed of up to 22 knots. Polestar's influence doesn't stop at the exterior, with a thoroughly modern-minimalist interior in dark grey with light grey upholstery. The C-8 Polestar Edition will be available in June 2024.
