Ceradyne IHPS Ballistic Helmet

Pulling us one step closer to a real-life Halo suit, the Ceradyne IHPS Ballistic Helmet is the first designed to protect a soldier's entire head, including the face and jaw. It's made from advanced materials that provide cover against both handgun and rifle fire, while also being lighter than the current Army helmet. It's also compatible with a range of accessories, including rails and night vision goggles, and is part of a six-part system that offers protection down to the pelvic region. Deliveries are expected to begin this year.
