Chalet Alpina
Cited next to Aspen's historic Lift One, Chalet Alpina is a new project that serves as a resort, residential, and membership destination, the latter with rare ski-in, ski-out privileges. The property is home to 32 residences, including 32 shared-ownership Resort Residences, ranging in size from two to four bedrooms, as well as six whole-ownership Mountain Homes. Owners will gain access to the rooftop pool, fitness center, and lobby bar, and will also receive an invite to full membership, which includes access to five distinct private venues and an elevated ski concierge experience. Two public dining options will also be on-site, including a steakhouse hidden inside Aspen's historic skier's chalet.
