Chelsea Miller Kitchen Knives
She didn't plan on becoming a knife maker. But in an effort to reconnect with her ailing father, himself a blacksmith by trade, Chelsea Miller found her calling. We're glad she did. Her line of Kitchen Knives provide utility while doubling as works of art. Each one is made by hand from repurposed horse shoe rasps, and thus feature unique crosshatched teeth that are great for grating. The high carbon tool steel blades are then paired with wooden handles made using trees from her childhood farm, giving them a rustic charm that you won't find at your local chef store.
