小包装大设计，浓缩就是精华俨然已经成为了现在的设计新趋势的核心理念，而这栋埃舍尔 · 蒂尼之家则完全灌输了这个理念。它坐落在平板拖车上，外立面采用烧焦式木材的材质，雪松圈以及金属侧板打造而成。其所配有的滑动玻璃门可以让你一步就抵达多功能起居区，当车库门升起时，这个区域还可以作为餐厅或露天座位来使用。相邻的厨房设有农舍水槽，燃气灶和洗碗机。尽管整个房屋只有300平方英尺，但是内部依然配置了两间卧室的空间以及带淋浴的全套浴室。
