为了庆祝在日本销售汽车的50周年纪念日，兰博基尼特别推出这款周年纪念版的埃文塔多S敞篷跑车限量日本定制版。一共只有只制造了五辆，并且每一辆都配有代表日本文化的五元素----土、水、火、风以及天空。兰博基尼首先揭幕了以水为主题的车型，采用劳动密集型的蓝到黑色油漆以及精密的内部拼接，从而配合外部的设计风格。这五款车型是专为日本市场而开发的----毕竟这里是兰博基尼的第二大市场。
