作为一栋矗立在智利的一个小山坡上的建筑，泰瑞斯 · 布兰卡斯之家正在紧锣密鼓地施工中。目前的居住环境由两个平行的建筑组成。这两个建筑稍微有点偏移，并且共同连接到建筑的主入口处。而其中所采用的简单线性布局更是可以让日后的改建与增修变得更加容易。底部建筑的材料也是采用水泥，并且以水平的方式进行打造，还配置了用混凝土自底向上打造出来的钢框架中心，以及一层木质的天花板。虽然大部分的外观被木板遮盖了起来，但是你依然可以朝东边和西边眺望，感受那遥远的山脉景观。
