特雷德韦尔农场联排别墅坐落在东边上方的一幢1875年的建筑内，它凭借着历史悠久的外壳，继续为客人提供全新的住宅体验。外立面已经成功恢复，从而保持了原有的特色。在内部，经过了两年的整修，也一一修复。在五层楼中，整栋建筑采用了白橡木地板，坚实的桃花心木窗户以及手工制作的当代人物木制品。它具有五间卧室的套房，并且浴室采用石板打造，并且还带有总共五个壁炉。户外区域则一样宏伟，它拥有一个屋顶露台以及多个其他空间，充分利用了35英尺长的园景花园。
