Courtney Love's West Village Townhouse
Courtney Love is parting ways with her West Village Townhouse. Built in 1856 by Linus Scudder, the Italianate-style residence is situated on a tree-lined block of the picturesque neighborhood. Inside its 22-foot wide interior, living spaces span five stories to offer six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a dining room, a sitting room, and a kitchen. Original period details run throughout, including intricate crown molding, ornate fireplace, spacious 12-foot ceilings, and white oak flooring, while windows flood the inside with natural light. On the exterior, the house maintains its original stoop and a 36-foot private garden.
