Developed in partnership with Function Health, EQX Optimize is a comprehensive health membership built around 100-plus biomarkers covering organ health, hormones, metabolism, immune function, and cancer markers, tested twice a year and fed into a fully personalized program. Equinox layers in its own fitness diagnostics, including VO2 max, strength, and movement range, then assigns each member a dedicated concierge to synthesize everything into a living plan that adjusts as your data does. The support team includes a Tier X fitness coach for three 60-minute sessions per week, a nutrition coach and sleep coach for two half-hour sessions each per month, and monthly massage therapy. It also includes an Oura Rest and Recovery Kit. Every six months the program resets based on updated lab work, keeping the plan in step with how your body is actually performing.
