With a host of controls, components, and readouts, traditional espresso machines can be intimidating affairs. Fellow designed its Espresso Series 1 to bring professional capabilities to beginners with a sleek, simple design. Preset profiles for different roasts take the guesswork out, while custom profiles with adjustable pressure, temperature, and flow allow more experienced users to get the best pull possible. A patented Boosted Boiler heating system uses three independent elements to provide to-the-degree temperature stability, a warm-up time of two minutes or less, and better extraction. To finish drinks off, the temperature-sensing steam wand automatically stops at the target temperature, auto-purges after use, and can be customized for different milks.
