Fitbit Charge 5 Health Tracker
The Charge, Fitbit's most advanced non-smartwatch fitness & health tracker, has long been known for its divisive angular body. That's about to change with the Charge 5. In addition to a new color AMOLED screen — a first for the Charge series — its buttonless body is also more rounded than prior models. Sensors on the sides allow wearers to take electrocardiogram (ECG) and electrodermal activity (EDA) readings to check heart health and stress response, respectively, while other sensors track heartbeat, sleep, and oxygen saturation (SpO2) levels along with physical activity. The wearable also leverages that information to create a Whoop-like Daily Readiness Score and recommend activities appropriate for the user's current recovery levels. It also offers up to seven days of battery life, built-in GPS, and smart notifications, and is available in black, soft gold, or platinum stainless steel.
