Frank Lloyd Wright's RiverRock House

Commissioned by a former client, RiverRock House was Frank Lloyd Wright's final residential design, found on his drawing board following his death in 1959. As of 2023, it was the only unbuilt FLW design that still had its original building site available, and so the current owners set out to build his design, which was completed in 2025 and is now available for bookings. Filled with Wright hallmarks like large windows, built-ins, a working wood fireplace, copious wood, and stone, it offers three bedrooms and one and three-quarter baths and accommodates up to six comfortably. Set on 30 wooded acres by the Chagrin River near Cleveland, Ohio, it's a rare opportunity to enjoy a private stay in a Wright original.
