Gianfranco Frattini 877 Lounge Chair
Designed by Italian architect Gianfranco Frattini in 1959, this lounge chair is a beautiful mid-century modern piece of furniture. The model 877 was designed by Frattini as one of several pieces to help furnish his buildings and this black leather example is in excellent condition and was recently reupholstered. The wingback chair features beautifully formed ears and armrests along with a wooden frame that shows great joints and is an open contrast to the closed heavy shell for a glimpse into another era of upscale furniture.
