Glashütte Original PanoLunarInverse Platinum Watch
Moon phase complications are often relegated to the outskirts of a watch's dial. The PanoLunarInverse from Glashütte Original makes its moon phase the focal point. Its moons are laser-engraved in 3D to reflect the lunar surface and are set against aventurine glass to replicate the starry night sky. Surrounding the complication is a black dial ring that serves as the track for the Super-LumiNova-filled hour and minute hands, while a seconds sub-dial overlaps slightly below. A large date window sits in the upper right quadrant, while a laser-engraved guilloche pattern occupies the negative space. Its 42mm platinum case has a sapphire back for viewing the automatic Calibre 91-04 movement and sits on either a grey alligator nubuck or a blue synthetic strap. Limited to 200 individually numbered pieces.
