Guinness MicroDraught 2.0 Beer Dispenser
There have been Red Dot Design Awards handed out for many product categories, but never for a beer dispenser — until now. The Guinness MicroDraught 2.0 is the first such honoree, a clever solution that allows venues that don't have room for a traditional keg system to still serve Guinness Draught on tap. To do so, the patent-pending system uses a double coaxial piercing and an air pump to push the liquid out of a specially-designed can and through the standard Guinness Draught spout. The result is the same two-part pour expected from a full-size system in a much smaller, countertop-friendly machine.
