Hautlence Retrovision '85 Transforming Watch
We've seen watches that look like robots, but never a watch that is a robot. Until now. Inspired by the toys of their youth, Hautlence's Retrovision '85 transforms from a wristwatch to a standing, time-telling robot. Its case, bezel, and crown are made from 3D-printed titanium, which is also used for the base dial. Above it spin blue and purple PVD rhodium-plated brass wandering hour discs, topped with a sapphire minutes disc above. It's powered by a D31 self-winding tourbillon movement, measures 64mm x 60mm on the wrist, sits on a black rubber strap, and is limited to just eight examples.
