Air travel is so integrated into our everyday lives that sometimes it's easy to forget the negative side of the equation. JDXP created this concept airplane that uses electric engines pioneered in the automotive industry along with re-imagined design and materials that help minimize weight and maximize aerodynamics. The passenger plane would run off of electric motors with batteries to drive propellers, and may even have an electric generator on board. Additionally, the plane has wings set high and to the back of the plane so they sit over the bulk of the plane's weight, batteries and motors to improve overall efficiency.
