Honus Wagner Reccius Cigars Rookie Card
The 1909 T206 Honus Wagner card is among the most revered sports cards in existence. It wasn't his first. Thanks to his play on the Louisville Colonels in the late 1890s, local cigar maker Henry Reccius decided to use Wagner's visage to promote his brand on a 3-3/8" x 4-3/8" red-hued trading card. Only three documented examples of the card exist, and this one is the only one to be professionally graded and sealed, or "slabbed", in hobby parlance.
