Hublot Square Bang Tourbillon Watch
Hublot is never afraid to defy conventions, and with the Square Bang, they asked why watches had to be round (or round-ish). The Square Bang Tourbillon takes the idea even further, being the first in the line to have two central hands, a 3D carbon case, be regulated by a Tourbillon, and contain only square bridges. The 3D finish is created using a carbon composite, woven into vertical and horizontal lines, which are mirrored by the square motifs of the rubber strap. It's powered by a bespoke skeletonised MHUB6023 manual movement that uses the square shape to create perfect balance, with winding on the right, the power reserve on the left, a large barrel on top, and the tourbillon below. Speaking of power, it offers an extended reserve of four days, with the indicator at nine o'clock counting down the remaining days and hours until it needs to be wound again.
