The Ignignokt Mooninite LED Advertisement ($TBD) features LEDs mounted on a circuit board and powered by 4 D-cell batteries, with a photosensitivity sensor to keep the lights off during the day. It may not do a whole lot, but it's definitely an interesting piece of advertising history.
