Invisibility Shield
Society has pondered the power of invisibility since at least the time of Plato. Although limited to the space directly behind it, this real-life Invisibility Shield makes it a reality. Measuring roughly 2' x 3', it uses a precision-engineered lens array to direct light from the subject away from the viewer, while light from the background is diffused across the face of the free-standing shield, rendering whatever's behind it effectively invisible. It's made from a lightweight, flexible material, weighs under 9 lbs., packs down to 2.3" thick, and is made from fully recyclable marine-grade materials. Also available in a smaller 8" x 12" size for desktop shenanigans.
