IRL Screen-Blocking Glasses
Screens are everywhere: at the store, on the street, in your home. Sometimes they show valuable content. Mostly they show ads. IRL Screen-Blocking Glasses make them disappear. Kinda. By using horizontally polarized optics, they block the light emitted by LCD and LED screens, making them appear as if they're turned off. The squarish design is derived from the magic pair of ad-blocking glasses in the 1988 cult classic They Live, and as an added bonus, the polarization means they double as UV-blocking sunglasses.
