Jaeger-LeCoultre Atmos Infinite Halo Clock
Invented in 1928 by Jean-Léon Reutter, the original Atmos used a gas-filled capsule to respond to even slight changes in air temperature, using the changes in volume to wind the clock's drive spring. Jaeger-LeCoultre's Atmos Infinite reintroduced the concept in 2022, and now, the Atmos Infinite Halo gives it a heavenly white and rhodium makeover. The white lacquer dial requires 10 coats to achieve its pure shade, with tiny indentations machined into the finish to accommodate the baton-shaped indexes. It's powered by the perpetual Calibre 570 movement, fully visible thanks to the clock's floating openworked aesthetic. Limited to 100 examples.
