The residence boasts original details, including 12-foot exposed brick barrel-vaulted ceilings, arched wood frame windows, fumed white oak floors, and blackened steel accents, while walls have been custom limes washed by Axel Vervoodt. Along with four bedrooms and four baths, the interior includes an open concept with a kitchen finished with Calacatta marble countertops, a spacious dining room, and a living area featuring a custom-made projector and screen. Ownership comes with a 24/7 doorman concierge, fitness center, children's playroom, and roof terrace.
