Kawasaki CORLEO Robotic Mobility Concept

Kawasaki is well known for its motorcycles. They're applying that expertise to an all-new mobility concept with the CORLEO. Akin to a robotic horse, it has four legs equipped with rubber hooves that allow it to tackle all kinds of terrain. It's controlled via weight shifts that are detected via the steps and handlebars, continually monitoring movements to become an extension of the rider. A 150cc hydrogen engine generates the power for the drive units in each of the legs, and a digital instrument panel displays wayfinding information, hydrogen level, and can project markers on the path ahead at night. As with any concept this outlandish, no production plans have been announced.
