It's created by world-renowned Master Distiller Brian Nation, formerly of Jameson, and High West distillery founder David Perkins and fuses their experience, knowledge, and passion to deliver a unique tasting experience. The spirit is a blend of sweet Irish grain with Irish Pot Still sourced from Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, Ireland, and American Bourbon from MGP in Indiana, resulting in a layered flavor of rich caramel and peppery sweetness, enhanced with an herbal earthiness.
