Kuberg Ranger Electric Dirt Scooter
Based in the Czech Republic, Kuberg lineup of electric dirtbikes and minibikes have proven popular with over 7,000 units sold worldwide. Kuberg's next project is the Ranger, a cross between a dirtbike and a scooter that combines the best features of both in an off-road-capable package. The Ranger uses Kuberg's proprietary 14 kW electric motor with a 24-Ah battery, giving it a top speed of 50 MPH and a range of 19 miles with the throttle at full twist. A 48-Ah battery can double the range, and Eco mode limits speed to 15 MPH while vastly extending range. The frame puts the battery and motor low in the chassis for better stability, and Manitou Dorado Expert front fork and DNM Burner RCP-3 rear shock give the Ranger excellent ride and handling. Kuberg's Indiegogo campaign has deep discounts for early adopters, with worldwide shipping and an estimated manufacturing date of November 2020.
