Designed for businesses and apartment complexes, the Latch Keyless Entry System is an intelligent way to control access to your properties. It comprises two models, the more sleek R, meant for electronic access points like lobby doors and turnstiles, and the M, a full mortise lock with built-in smarts. Both let you and your coworkers/tenants enter using smartphones, cards, or door codes, have built-in cameras to let you see who's coming and going, and connect to a cloud-based system that logs every entry. Currently available for projects and portfolios of 10 units or more.
