Laurent Ferrier Classic Traveller Globe Night Blue Watch
In 2016, Laurent Ferrier debuted the Galet Traveller Globe Night Blue, their first watch to depict the Earth at night. The Classic Traveller Globe Night Blue revisits and refines this idea. The center of the dial contains a convex representation of Earth made from white gold, with the five continents covered in blue enamel, the oceans in dark blue enamel, and the world's city lights hand-painted with enameled gold. It's surrounded by an outer dial containing slender hour markers, a date window at 3 o'clock, and a secondary reference hour window at 9 o'clock. It's powered by an LF 230.02 automatic calibre movement, visible through the exhibition caseback, and set inside a 41mm white gold case. Created to celebrate the brand's 15th anniversary, it sits on a deep grey nubuck leather strap with Alcantara lining.
