From the minds of two of Austin's favorite chefs — barbecue legend Aaron Franklin and Uchi founder Tyson Cole — comes its latest foray into fusion. Loro Asian Smokehouse sees Franklin manning the meats while Cole combines the smokey flavors with Asian influences. As such, you'll find brisket mingling with papaya salad and Thai greens, pork shoulder rice bowls, and Texas sweet corn rubbed in miso-yuzu butter.
