Marathon Desert Tan Pilot's Watch
Originally developed in 1986 by request of Kelly Air Force Base, Marathon's Military Navigator Pilot's Quartz was built to withstand extreme changes in pressure and altitude without sacrificing readability. Seen here in a desert tan, it's now available for civilian use, as well. It's quartz movement powers hour, minute, and second hands as well as a date window at 4:30. The black dial has 24-hour Arabic numerals, surrounded by self-illuminating Tritium gas tubes, which can also be found on the hour and minute hands. The sweat- and shock-resistant fibershell case is held in place by a MIL-S-46383B, Type III nylon strap. Made in La Chaux de Fonds, Switzerland.
