Meta Ray-Ban Display Smart Glasses

Meta has been making smart glasses for a while, leveraging both Ray-Ban and Oakley designs. They've all been audio-first devices — but that changes with the Ray-Ban Display. As the name suggests, it has a private in-lens display integrated into the right lens that appears on command, allowing the wearer to check messages, preview photos taken with the built-in camera, see directions, and interact with visual Meta AI prompts, all without taking out their phone. They come with the Meta Neural Band, an EMG wristband that uses the signals created by muscle activity to enable seamless navigation of whatever's on the display, and the Transitions lenses automatically adjust to light so they can be worn indoors and out. They arrive in stores on September 30th in black and sand, and in two sizes.
