It's airless, which means it can never go flat. Instead, it's assembled like a puzzle — an easy one — using softer, recycled propylene and elastomeric synthetic resin pieces inspired by traditional Japanese woven bamboo balls. Without air, it's under less pressure and thus less painful to kick barefooted, a testament to the sport's far-reaching, no-frills nature. In addition, for every 10 sold, Molten will donate to deliver soccer balls to various shelters and schools.
