The Nike Metcon 9 AMP updates the model with a larger Hyperlift plate in the heel for enhanced stability during lower-body lifts. Lightweight and breathable mesh with a 3D haptic print keeps feet cool without sacrificing durability, and a rubber wrap extends from the midsole to the upper to prevent tears and rips during rope climbs.
