OMA Ironic Speaker
Cast from a special kind of iron, the enclosure-free OMA Ironic is one of the most unique speakers available. The speaker's complex form is based on the same quadratic diffusers used in studio and broadcast applications and requires a 3D printed mold to create. Each mold is destroyed during casting, making the process of forming the high-graphite gray iron bodies extremely expensive. The resulting unit uses both a 15" electrodynamic or field coil woofer sourced and restored from 1930s jukeboxes and a cutting-edge custom ribbon tweeter to create an incredibly efficient, lifelike loudspeaker. Limited to just ten pairs.
