Pala Zion
Set on 35 acres near Utah's famed Kolob Canyon and Zion National Park, Pala Zion is slated to be a multi-use remote retreat. Multiple architecture firms, including Studio Andrew Trotter, GOMA, MORQ, and Taller Hector Barroso, were involved in designing the development's 22 residences. Ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet, they feature austere interiors that balance panoramic mountain views, spacious patios, and private pools with shelter from the desert climate. Located just two hours from Las Vegas and 6.5 hours from Los Angeles, the site will also be home to the Paréa Hotel, set to open in 2027, with amenities like restaurants, a spa, a fitness center, and activity spaces that will also be open to residents.
