Pearl & Enamel Gold Golfer Pin
In 1969, Jack Nicklaus conceded Tony Jacklin's putt at Royal Birkdale in one of the most sportsmanlike moments in Ryder Cup history. That same year, this 18-karat yellow gold brooch was made, rendering a golfer mid-swing in bright primary-colored enamel with a pearl standing in for the ball. At 1.75 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide, it remains in excellent condition after more than five decades. Not bad for something that's been around longer than most of the courses worth playing.
