Piaget Altiplano Ultimate Concept Tourbillon Watch
For its 150th anniversary, Piaget updates its ultra-thin watch with a tourbillon. Like its predecessor, the Altiplano Ultimate Concept Tourbillon's case is 2mm thin, and its hours and minutes display is slightly offer center. The tourbillon is situated at 10 o'clock of the open-worked dial and is surrounded by a rose gold seconds indicator, while a made-to-measure mainspring provides the extra power needed to run the mechanism. On the caseback, a sapphire crystal showcases the reverse side of the tourbillon and d with "Tojoures faire meiux que nécessaire," meaning "Always do better than necessary."
