Porsche Design Tower Bangkok

Want to know who the big, powerful corporations are? See what names are on the buildings. Porsche's unstoppable momentum continues with a collaboration between Thai real estate developer Ananda Development and Porsche Design, debuting the first Porsche Design Tower in Asia. Located in Bangkok, Thailand, the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is the third Porsche Design Tower in the world, with the others in Stuttgart and Miami. The building houses 22 exclusive duplex and quadplex 'Sky Villas', measuring between 1,700 square feet to nearly 4,000 square feet of floor space. A perk of having a space at the Tower is "Passion Spaces", a luxury garage for storing residents' autos — hopefully all with a Porsche crest. The garage doubles as a venue for social gatherings and events, with a spiral access ramp called "The Loop" providing automotive ingress and egress. Other features of the 21-story tower are an automated terrace door system inspired by the 911 Targa's roof mechanism and "The Crown", a light signature standing out in the Bangkok skyline. Construction on the Porsche Tower Bangkok begins in 2025 with a completion date of 2028.
