Rancho Road Bungalow
Located in southern California's Coachella Valley, the Rancho Road Bungalow is a midcentury mirage in the desert. The 1940s dwelling received a four-year renovation courtesy of architect Sean Lockyer of Studio AR&D and interior designer Anthony Cochran. Its original structure now contains a guest wing, while an angled addition offers a new kitchen, a primary bedroom, and a media room. A minimalist aesthetic runs through the interior, allowing the property's lush landscape and surrounding mountains to become the focus. Fleetwood sliders in the living room expand the inside to the outdoor oasis with the original kidney-shaped pool.
