Rhinegeist Infinite Dawn Beer

The brewery that helped kick off a beer renaissance in Cincinnati, Ohio has been experimenting with sour beers for nearly five years. Rhinegeist has learned a lot during that time, and are releasing the fruit of their labor dubbed "Outer Reaches." The first in the series is a sour blonde ale aged for six months called Infinite Dawn. It's packaged in corked and caged 500ml bottles in limited quantities and will be available this month throughout their distribution network.
