Richard Neutra's Marshall House
Located on nearly 3 acres in a well-graded Rancho Santa Fe community, Richard Neutra's Marshall House is a Mid-Century Modern masterpiece. It was built in 1952, and expanded in 1986, and landmarked in 1989. Tastefully updated over the years, it retains much of its original charm, with plentiful glazing, sliding glass doors that open to the pool for indoor/outdoor living, five bedrooms, and four and a half baths. Large lawns, landscaped gardens, and a screening room are also on-site, while the owner also gets access to community amenities including golf, tennis, riding, and saddle clubs and miles of hiking and riding trails.
